An additional, suitably positioned, d-ring allows the restraint to be wrapped over the grooming bar instead of attaching to the under slung ring fastener when really tall dogs need a particular short restraint length.
There is also an o-ring on the loop that attaches to the dog to provide extra restraint capability should this be necessary.
